Pool fencing panel is 2400mm x 1200mm high in Black Satin only. Top & Bottom rails are 38x25mm with the 16mm diameter tube punched through the rails and swaged into place, no welds, 71mm apart (gates have 1.6mm thickness tubes welded into place).
Panles with tubes swaged into place have been certified stronger than other panels that are welded using the same 16mm tube. The joint itself is virtually indestructible under normal conditions, making these panels absolutely the best for child safety.
(You will require four (4) shrouds with screws to secure each panel)

Double Rail "C" Type pool fencing panel 2.475m x 1.2m high (3m panels are available). Tubes are 16mm or 19mm diameter welded 84 or 81mm apart respectively. Tubes are drilled through the 38x25mm top, bottom and centre rail and welded underneath. Two top rails are 95mm apart. Second and bottom rail are 1030mm apart.
(You will require six (6) shrouds and screws to secure each panel).
These panels are the strongest panels we make due to all the tubing going straight through the two top rails.
The 19mm tube is especially strong and should be used where max strength is required.

This is the minimum requirement for a pool fencing gate around a swimming pool. Pool fencing gates are made to match the panels, they have a  38x25mm frame to match the 38mm rail panels. Gates are 1000mm wide. The opening between the posts is 1035mm to allow for hinges and latch.
Gates come with a child resistant safety latch and self closing hinges and screws.
Gate are very easy to install with the latch and hinges allowing the gate to swing left or right. Hinges will only fasten to a square/rectangular post.

This is not a swimming pool safety gate. This garden gate is exactly the same as a pool gate except it has a D/latch and striker not a pool safety latch. Opening size between your two post is 1035mm.

Double Driveway gates (not for pool use) have the same frame as the fencing, 25x25mm or 38x25mm. They match the fencing panels exactly. Four hinges, a D/latch, drop bolt and screws are supplied. Hinges will only fasten to a square/rectangular post. Opening size between your two posts is 3000mm.

Pool Fence Posts come in various heights but only in 50x50mm section. For 1200mm high panels the normal height is 1800mm for inground use where 500mm is below the ground surface and 1300mm left above the surface. Posts come with a black pastic cap to seal off the top. Intermediate and gate posts are no different. Sometimes a taller post is used on the latch side of the gate but it is not necessary as the latch is made to go past the top of the post.

Pool Fence Wall Posts are for use when you require to connect a post to a wall, ie to the side of your house, where you cannot dig a hole or put a flanged post near enough to the wall. They come with screws to connect to the wall and 25mm plugs to seal off the holes on the post after you have used the screws and a 50x50mm cap to seal off the top of the post.

Pool fence Flanged Post is a post with a foot on the base of the post to secure it to the top of concrete or tiles where a hole cannot be dug. The plate or foot has four holes 11mm in diameter to take a 10mm dyna bolt. The plate is 135mm x 100mm and 6mm thick. We advise only to use stainless steel or galvanised dyna bolts as zinc plated are a complete waste of time and very difficult to remove when they rust after a few months.

Pool Fencing Shroud and Screws

These pool fenceing shrouds are used to connect the panel to the post or any flat surface. They are a square/rectangular socket that the top and bottom rails of the panel slide into when connecting to a post. They come with Standard screws for screwing into aluminium or steel (one screw is supplied to lock together the shroud and the rail of the panel as per illustration). You need to select Standard Galvanised,Standard Stainless for salty areas, Timber or Brick for all connections from the selection box. The colour of the standard galvanised screws supplied are the same colour as the shroud in standard colours or the nearest screw colour in non standard colour fencing. Wood screws are grey only, brick fix are nylon and stainless screws are stainless colour. If we have a problem with a colour match on standard galv screws a " black " screw will be supplied. If you only require some of the shrouds to secure to timber or brick make your selection once for ie standard then again for brick or timber.
If you intend to cut a panel and use it as two panels you will require an extra 4 or 6 shrouds depending on the panel you choose.
( Loop, Loop & Spear, Flat Top and Picket panels require four (4) each and Double Rail, Ring and Cross Top panel require six (6) each.)
