Thank you, this is a confirmation we have received your enquiry/order. We will process your enquiry/order as soon as possible. We will contact you the day before we deliver any orders you may have placed, which is at present up to 7-10 factory working days (Tues - Fri) on standard panels and colours and 7+ days on non standard colours and 3000mm panels from order date. 21 days if order is outside our delivery areas, ie NSW, ACT, Victoria, NT etc where orders have to be wrapped and packed to be placed on transport other than our own transport. 21 days for Custom panels and gates. These times are ex-factory, allow time from our factory to your destination. If we are able to deliver sooner we certainly will. 

Please Note: All fencing supplied via transport for destinations outside Greater Brisbane and Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast,Toowoomba, Hervey Bay, Byron Bay. For example Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide are delivered to the depot only, you will need to arrange transport  from depot to your home at your own cost. (All orders can easily be picked up with a 1 tonne flat top tray truck).
All the deliveries within our delivery areas ie, Brisbane and to Hervey Bay, Lismore,Toowoomba etc are delivered to your door by our own transport and hand unloaded.

Choice of transport you have chosen ! please read below.

Collect from factory by freight company
If you have chosen this option then your fencing will be packed for this type of collection as transport companies collect other freight and your fencing will come in contact with other goods which may cause damage. Your fencing is fully wrapped including the posts and fittings into one package and strapped to a pallet.

Collect from factory in person.
If you have chosen this option then the fencing does not come wrapped as one unit and we do not supply pallets. We bubble wrap the posts together and the panels and gates come with bubble wrap to seperate them and fittings come sealed in a plastic bag. Ideally collected on a one tonne flat top truck, with drop sides taken off. Do not forget to bring plenty of rope - many people forget.
If you bring a trailer, ditch the cage around the outside, very difficult to get our fencing inside a cage and also, if you can, no horse floats.

Delivered to your freight company in Brisbane
If you have chosen this option then we fully wrap and strap your fencing to a pallet and drop it off at your designated freight company.

Packaging charge, freight extra, cost to be advised for transport interstate/intrastate
If you have chosen this option, the price is only the packaging charge and we will call you back with a freight cost to your destination. Once you have confirmed that the price of freight is ok, and only then, we will continue with your order.

 Please Note:
We accept no resposibility at all for any marks, scratches or damage to fencing when you or a third party transport company collect fencing from our factory. We ask for you to check carefully that all fencing is in good order before you load onto your vehicle.
