Glass Pool Fencing is delivered directly from our supplier to you. A delivery fee will be added to your order, once placed, based on your location. Delivery will take approx 2 weeks from time of order and payment. However, during some seasons the delivery time will extend. Delivery is only available within a set range from our warehouses. Please check with our office to confirm your delivery location is available.
Glass Pool Fencing can be collected from one of the Glass warehouses upon request. Collection can usually be made 48 hours after order and payment.
Aluminium Fencing is delivered directly from our head office in Wacol. Delivery is only available within a set range from our warehouse. Please check with our office to confirm your delivery location is available.
Aluminium Fencing is available for collection. Please check with our head office for locations and timeframes.
Payment options include
Visa credit/debit card - this will incur a 1% surcharge @ Head Office (Wacol)
Cash - in person at Head Office (Wacol)
Eftpos - in person at Head Office (Wacol)
Bank transfer - this payment must be made in advance and cleared prior to collect/delivery. You should allow 48 hours for clearance. Delivery will not be booked until payment is cleared.
Return Policy
Glass Fencing
1. There is a 20% restocking charge applied to ALL refunds.
2. Glass Fencing and/or accessories must be returned in person by the customer (via the customer's own mode of transport) to the warehouse of origin.
3. Glass Fencing and/or accessories must be returned at the customers own expense.
4. Glass Fencing and/or accessories will ONLY be accepted if the product is unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging. Products must be clean - If the product has been left in the elements and is dirty or water marked, no return will be accepted.
5. Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery/collection.
6. If the product does not meet the above conditions, no refund will be given.
